We operate in partnership with Africa Asia Construction, this is a core component of our integrated construction value chain, ensuring a reliable and consistent supply of high-quality aggregates for infrastructure and civil engineering projects. Through ownership and direct management of our quarry operations, we maintain full control over production, quality assurance, and delivery schedules. This enables us to meet the growing demand for construction materials across Uganda while reducing dependency on third-party suppliers.
We specialize in the extraction, processing, and distribution of a wide range of stone aggregates, including hardcore, crushed rock, graded aggregates, murram, and base materials for road construction. Our quarry is supported by modern crushing and screening equipment, allowing us to produce materials that meet required engineering specifications for roadworks, building construction, and large-scale infrastructure projects. Each batch undergoes strict quality control to ensure consistency, durability, and compliance with project requirements.
Our integrated logistics and haulage system further strengthens our supply capability. With a fleet of tipper trucks and experienced operators, we efficiently transport large volumes of materials to project sites, including remote and challenging locations. This end-to-end approach—from extraction to delivery—ensures timely supply, cost efficiency, and reduced project delays. We also supply external contractors, developers, and government projects, maintaining a strong reputation for reliability, competitive pricing, and consistent quality while continuously investing in equipment and capacity to support Uganda’s infrastructure growth.
Under normal operating conditions, our quarry and crushing plant can be presented with the following clear and practical tonnage figures:
- Standard production : 4,000 – 5,000 tonnes/day
- High-efficiency peak output (well-maintained plant + strong logistics): Up to 3,000 tonnes/day
- Hardcore( 200–400mm) : 250 – 400 tonnes/day
- Hardcore(400–1000mm):500–1000 tonnes/day
- Stone dust ( 0 – 5 mm ) : 400 – 600 tonnes/day
- Stone dust (5 –10mm): 600 – 1000 tonnes/day
- Aggregate (10 –15mm): 600 – 800 tonnes/day
- Aggregate (15 –25mm): 600 – 800 tonnes/day
- Aggregate (25 –28mm): 600 – 800 tonnes/day
